    As a Technical Lead in Computer Vision for Localization, you lead the work to make our robots capable of understanding
    and perceiving their environment for localization purposes. Join our newly established team within Hexagon’s Innovation
    Hub and make your visions come true!

    This appeals to you

    - Leading the team responsible for the development of the localization solution for our mobile robots.
    - Driving the requirement engineering, concept definition and architecture for SLAM, re-relocalization and multi-modal
    sensor fusion.
    - Evaluating, testing and implementing state-of-the-art methods and adapting them to our needs.
    - System integration and building product out of cutting-edge algorithms.
    - Deliver reliable software through code reviews, continuous integration, and automated testing.
    - Coding in modern C++ and occasionally Python.
    - Working in a startup like environment within a global company, with flat hierarchies and high personal influence.

    This is you

    - Master or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.
    - Passion for leading and mentoring engineers.
    - Track record of at least 5 years in using or implementing localization algorithms.
    - Strong theoretical understanding of SLAM, state estimation, and computer vision in general.
    - Experience with ToF and RGB-D sensors is a plus.
    - You are very experienced in modern C++ and comfortable with Python.
    - You like to work independently and hands-on in rapid iterations with an entrepreneurial mindset.
    - Proficiency in English (official language), German is advantageus.
