Sustainability Training & Engagement Specialist (m/f/d) 80 - 100%
We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the professional training of internal managers so that they gain knowledge about
sustainability. You lead the content and scope of sustainability trainings.
Some of your exciting challenges include:
- Elaborating the content and scope of the sustainability trainings for the whole organization
- Setting up training concepts and training plans for the entire organization on sustainability matters
- Overseeing the selection and quality control of local trainers
- Subject matter owner for sustainability training, with close exchange with the departments learning & Development
and technical training
- Initiating of global engagement campaigns for sustainability

You are an open-minded, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality with excellent organizational and
communicational skills. Your culture sensitivity, your ability to work independently, as well as your creativity allow
you to shine in an international matrix organization.
Further requirements may include:
- University studies in the field of education
- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar position or in a consultant position
- Expertise in corporate learning in the field of sustainability and Knowledge on tools to nudge organizations towards
sustainable behaviour
- High proficiency in English, German advanced level
