    Your new responsibilities

    - You drive the transformation project on-site across multiple countries in Europe and handle real estate
    decarbonization projects in close collaboration with the local team, also considering relevant lifecycle maintenance
    measures
    - You ensure efficient project completion and target achievements in terms of quality, cost, and timing as well as for
    the whole project scope from the design phase to successful implementation and operation, including documentation
    - You develop long-term maintenance plans and applications for maintenance investments in collaboration with the local
    teams and guarantee adherence to maintenance principles, guidelines, and processes
    - You coordinate and implement technical concepts/projects to reduce energy consumption and ensure carbon neutrality
    - You advise operational Project Management and customers in building technology on aspects relating to
    decarbonization measures
    - You play a vital role in our journey towards a carbon-neutral future for our real estate portfolio

    Your profile for “making the future possible”

    - You have six to ten years of relevant professional experience in project management. Experience in organizing
    construction projects is an advantage
    - Your success is based on a bachelor’s/master’s degree in real estate or an equivalent discipline, and you possess
    the relevant business acumen
    - You understand the cost structure of technical assets/equipment and drivers in detail and can monitor the given
    budget for your projects
    - You are distinguished by your proactivity and your positive, team-oriented and entrepreneurial approach as well as
    your strong communication skills and assertiveness.
    - You are determined and have a high degree of motivation to learn, develop, and adapt. You also have an affinity for
    innovation
    - You have a structured and independent way of working and good time management skills.
    - A willingness to travel (with a travel ratio of about 30%) and English skills round off your profile
