This position reports to
Head of Global Sales Support
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the global Sales organization within Motion System Drives and 
customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You 
will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining 
costs, and preparing final documentation. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid This role is contributing 
to the succes of the Medium Voltage Drives Product Group. You will be mainly accountable for: • Offering technical 
advice, performing diagnostic studies, and preparing tailored solutions to address customer inquiries and complex 
requirements. • Conducting technical demonstrations, presentations, and training for internal teams and customers while 
supporting the Sales organization during negotiations. • Developing cost-effective technical and commercial offers 
aligned with customer specifications and ensuring compliance with technical and financial standards. • Ensuring the 
achievement of budget targets, including volume, profitability, and Net Promoter Score, while developing new 
opportunities and resolving customer issues. • Reviewing customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, 
analyzing lost proposals, and sharing best practices and lessons learned to improve outcomes.
Qualifications for the role
- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in electrical engineering, showcasing your extensive knowledge and proven 
experience in the subject.
- You have over 5 years of experience in the field, demonstrating advanced expertise in electrical engineering 
solutions and technologies.
- You are highly skilled in electrical engineering and deeply engaged in the dynamic world of drive technology.
- You are highly adept in drive technology, possess an expert-level understanding of its applications and advancements.
- You are willing to travel up to 20% of the time to support business needs.
- You are captivated by teamwork and self-motivation, bringing an problem-solving mindset and intercultural competence 
to collaborative environments.
- You are at ease communicating fluently in English and preferably German.
