Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir einen Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d).
Ihre Hauptaufgaben
Strategische Verantwortung
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten Supply-Chain-Strategie
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Einkaufs-, Planungs- und Logistikprozessen
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Lieferperformance, Kostenoptimierung und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten
- Implementierung nachhaltiger Beschaffungs- und Logistikstrategien
Operative Steuerung
- Verantwortung für Materialverfügbarkeit und termingerechte Produktionsplanung
- Steuerung von Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement und Kostenkontrolle
- Überwachung der Logistikprozesse inklusive Wareneingang, Warenausgang und innerbetrieblichem Transport
- Analyse von Materialbedarfen sowie Optimierung von Lagerbeständen
- Entwicklung und Überwachung relevanter KPIs zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Durchführung von Kostenanalysen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
Führung & Zusammenarbeit
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Teams in:
- Einkauf
- Produktionsplanung
- Logistik
- Stammdaten
- Artwork- & Zylindermanagement
- Förderung von Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Talentmanagement und Veränderungsprozessen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsleitung, Business Units und zentralen Unternehmensfunktionen
- Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projekte und Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber strategischen Partnern
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik oder vergleichbare
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Einkauf, Produktionsplanung und Logistik
- Erfahrung in der Optimierung komplexer Supply-Chain-Prozesse
- Ausgeprägte analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen sowie Digitalisierungsthemen
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenz
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
