Your daily contribution:
- Drive the global end‐to‐end SCM strategy for Systems and Services divisions.
- Lead Category Management, Supplier Quality & Development, Trade Compliance, and ESG & SC Risk Management.
- Build a competitive, resilient global supplier base and long‐term partnerships.
- Ensure global compliance with export controls, customs, and trade regulations.
- Standardize global SCM processes, tools, KPIs, and enable digital transformation.
- Steer Make‐or‐Buy decisions and global sourcing/capacity strategies.
- Lead cost‐out initiatives through VE, TCO optimization, and alternative sourcing.
- Oversee supplier qualification, capability management, and technical development.
- Ensure strong S&OP alignment, inventory optimization, and supply risk mitigation.
- Collaborate cross‐functionally with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Finance.
- Contribute SCM leadership to NPI, localization, and industrialization projects.
- Lead and develop a high‐performing global SCM team and foster continuous improvement.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Supply Chain Management) would be beneficial
- At least 15 years in supply chain management, procurement, with strong leadership experience in a global
manufacturing environment
- In-depth understanding of sourcing, procurement, supplier development, and value engineering
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
Your Personality:
- Proven ability to lead and develop global teams, with strong collaboration skills and experience in managing P&L
responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking, with a data-driven approach to optimizing supply chain and
cost-efficiency
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior management, suppliers, and internal
teams
- Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally
