    - Lead financial performance across the product line, with accountability for the P&L, balance sheet and free cash
flow, ensuring clear ownership and delivery of commitments across regions and operating sites.
    - Lead long term strategic planning, annual budgeting and forecasting, connecting market demand, backlog conversion,
production capacity and resource requirements to financial outcomes.
    - Drive operating reviews that identify performance gaps early, assess risks and opportunities, and establish
    corrective actions with measurable outcomes.
    - Partner with manufacturing and supply chain leaders on sales and operations planning, translating production hours,
labor utilization, productivity, factory output and delivery performance into financial insights and actions.
    - Strengthen project margin management through rigorous reviews of cost estimates, execution progress, contingencies
and contractual exposures, driving early intervention to protect profitability.
    - Partner with Commercial leadership on pricing, deal underwriting, contract negotiations and risk reviews, ensuring
order quality, margin protection and appropriate payment terms.
    - Drive cost competitiveness with Operations, Engineering and Sourcing through material productivity, design
improvements, labor efficiency, overhead discipline and Lean initiatives.
    - Lead working capital improvement, with particular focus on inventory, billing milestones, collections, overdue
    receivables and supplier payment terms.
    - Evaluate and oversee capital expenditure and capacity expansion programs, ensuring sound business cases, execution
discipline and delivery of expected financial and operational returns.
    - Support footprint optimization, restructuring and acquisition integration, including financial evaluation, synergy
delivery and alignment of finance processes and controls.
    - Ensure accurate financial reporting, balance sheet integrity and adherence to accounting policies, internal controls
and delegated authorities, in partnership with Controllership.
    - Simplify and standardize finance processes across sites and regions, expanding automation and digital analytics to
improve insight, forecast reliability and finance productivity.
    - Build and develop a strong global finance team, strengthening business partnership, accountability, succession
planning and collaboration across product line, regional and corporate teams.

    What We’re Looking For

    - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline, with substantial progressive finance
experience and demonstrated success in senior leadership roles.
    - Experience leading finance for a complex industrial or manufacturing business, with responsibility for P&L
performance, balance sheet management and cash generation.
    - Strong operational finance expertise, including manufacturing cost structures, capacity planning, labor utilization,
    inventory, capital investment and productivity.
    - Commercial and project finance experience, including pricing, contract risk assessment, project margin reviews and
management of long cycle customer contracts.
    - Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable plans, challenge assumptions constructively and
    drive delivery of financial commitments.
