    COMPLEXITY SIMPLIFIED. SUPPLY CHAINS SYNCHRONIZED.

You act as the key logistics business partner to the Business Unit, translating strategy into end-to-end supply chain
execution. You are accountable for S&OP performance, ensuring product availability, optimized inventories, and reliable
replenishment flows. You ensure secure and seamless global material flows by managing product classification, origin
data, and cross-border execution in line with regulatory requirements. You drive alignment and decision-making across
functions, embedding supply chain priorities into business strategies and product launches. As a leader, you build a
high-performing team and continuously improve efficiency, cost, and operational excellence.

    What You'll do

Translate Global Business Unit (BU) and Global Logistics (GL) strategies into practical, tactical, and operational
initiatives that optimize service levels while effectively managing costs and investments.

Define, act upon, and deliver according to business requirements, operational objectives, and performance metrics,
ensuring the optimization of existing processes.

Oversee Supply Planning and execution throughout the supply chain, including in-house production planning and external
supplier coordination, through the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Maintain excellence in key performance indicators (KPIs), including Global Supply Product Availability, Customer
Product Availability, Global End-to-End Inventories, HQ, Production Plant, and Supplier obsolescence and liquidation,
Global Air Freight spend, and Department Operational Expenses (OPEX).

Lead a team of materials managers and central planners, with a strong focus on people development, ensuring a robust
pipeline of skilled professionals and creating an inclusive, trusting, and productive work environment.

    What You’ll Bring

Master’s degree in Logistics or a related field; MBA is a plus.

8–10 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in senior demand and supply planning roles, with proven
    experience leading diverse teams inclusively.

Strong expertise in supply chain management and third-party logistics, with solid network knowledge, commercial
    acumen, and Lean competence.

Ability to influence, challenge, and drive initiatives across the organization, and to coach and develop others.

Strong communication and project management skills, including the ability to structure and execute work plans and
effectively adapt messaging to different stakeholders.

Interest in further growing within our Global Logistics function, combined with the mobility to pursue roles in other
    locations.
