Where Plans Become Real Progress
Join us as an intern and gain hands-on experience in how global digital content is created, managed, and delivered
across systems. You’ll work with enterprise content tools and collaborate with teams across marketing, digital, and IT
- giving you a well-rounded view of how content operates in a global company.
Over the course of 12 months, you will learn how to:
- Structure and improve digital content so it’s easy to find and use
- Work with real tools used in content and asset management
- Support users with the daily operations of Hilti’s global Content Hub and solve everyday challenges in a
professional environment
- Understand how content flows through systems: from creation to approval of publication
You won’t just observe – you will actively contribute to improving how our content works behind the scenes.

What You'll do
In your day-to-day, you will learn and manage how to:
- Review and improve how content is organized so users can quickly find what they need
- Support the approval of digital assets and ensure they meet quality standards
- Be the first point of contact for questions and guide colleagues through tools and processes
- Troubleshoot common issues like missing content, search problems, or access requests
- Manage incoming requests via our systems and provide clear, helpful feedback
- Work closely with our MarTech team by documenting and handing over more complex topics
Along the way, you will learn how digital content ecosystems work in a global company and build strong skills in
communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration.

Here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- Studies in information management or a related field to content management.
- Interest in digital asset management, metadata quality, and global content governance.
- Analytical abilities to troubleshoot user issues and identify root causes.
- Experience or willingness to learn CMS tools (Content Management System tools) and content workflows.
- Clear communication skills and a service oriented mindset when supporting users.
