    What's the role?

As an Intern – Global Product Management, you will step into the shoes of a Product Manager for a specific product
portfolio in one of our many Business Units (e.g. BUs Anchors, Software, Measuring, Fire Protection, Direct Fastening,
Power Tools & Accessories). You will help identifying gaps in our offering and defining the relevant product visions
for new products that fit customer needs and Hilti strategy. You will work closely with Global Product Managers on
prototypes and have real impact on future products. In a unique internship setup, you`ll gain hands on experience in
product management and marketing within one of the most innovative companies in the industry.

Start date is flexible to the student`s availability, duration for at least 6 months.

    What You'll do

Take ownership of a real project
You’ll have the opportunity to take responsibility for a concrete project, either by supporting the rollout of new
engineering methods or by helping to define one from scratch.

Support the adoption of engineering methodologies
Help our development teams improve how they work by supporting the implementation of structured methods like FMEA,
Fault Tree Analysis, and others. You’ll contribute to making complex engineering challenges more manageable and
    processes more efficient.

    Contribute to process management initiatives
Get involved in refining how we define, document, and standardize our internal processes. This includes helping
different teams align their workflows and ensuring consistency across departments, giving you a broad view of how the
    company operates.

Gain hands-on experience with software tools
Work directly with modern software tools used for project planning, development methods, and process modeling. You’ll
support users, help document use cases, and even take partial ownership of one of the tools, an excellent way to build
practical skills for e.g. a later product owner role.

    What You’ll Bring

    - Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in technical, engineering and/or business (e.g. Marketing or similar)
    for the whole internship duration
    - Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a sense for pragmatic solutions
    - Proactive approach and self-reliant personality
    - Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
