Take this exciting opportunity to join and support our multinational and fun to work Talent Acquisition Team to source
and hire top-notch employees. Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months.
You will be joining a dynamic, forward-thinking Talent Acquisition team, where creativity and strategy come together
to make an impact. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR recruitment projects while
contributing to the team’s daily operations.
What You'll do
Coordinating interviews across various functions to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Screening CVs and video interviews to identify top talent
Supporting the organization of the prestigious Outperformer Assessment Center
This role offers the perfect blend of learning, challenge, and excitement, allowing you to develop your skills in a
multinational environment while playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruitment at Hilti.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor or Master student in business or related fields
Well organized and structured approach to work
Excellent on MS products such as Excel and Power Point
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills (in English)
Proactive and wanting to make an impact
