    Tactical Procurement Manager (m/f/x)

Cost in control. Supply on course.

    Role Overview

As a Tactical Procurement Manager within Hilti Procurement Europe, you will play a key role in shaping a competitive,
resilient, and future-oriented supplier network for strategic mechanical commodities, including Standard Parts,
Bearings, Seals & Rubber. Working across our procurement hubs in Liechtenstein and Hungary and collaborating closely
with Global Sourcing teams in China and India, you will drive sourcing decisions, supplier performance, and cost
    competitiveness throughout the product lifecycle.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution while shaping
international supplier networks that directly influence Hilti's future products and competitiveness. Working closely
with Strategic Category Managers, you will turn category strategies into tangible business results by driving supplier
performance, sourcing decisions, and innovation across a global supply base. Your work will directly contribute to
product success, supply resilience, and Hilti's long-term growth.

This full-time position is available as soon as possible. Required travel is up to 15%.

    What you’ll do

Unlike traditional procurement roles, this position offers a unique combination of operational ownership, strategic
influence, and international collaboration. You will directly impact supplier decisions, product competitiveness, and
the long-term development of Hilti's global supply network.

    - Manage and develop the supplier portfolio for Standard Parts, Bearings, Seals & Rubber, ensuring best-in-class cost,
    quality, delivery, and sustainability performance.
    - Lead sourcing projects, supplier selections, RFQs, and commercial negotiations to secure competitive and resilient
    supply solutions.
    - Support New Product Development (TTM) projects from early supplier involvement through industrialization and
    successful market launch.
    - Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Product Supply Management, and Cost Engineering to identify and implement
    technical and commercial optimization opportunities.
    - Collaborate with Strategic Category Managers to develop, implement, and execute material group strategies that
support regional and global business objectives.
    - Plan, execute, and monitor procurement activities to ensure uninterrupted supply while adhering to Hilti policies,
quality standards, compliance requirements, and sustainability targets.
    - Build strong supplier relationships and leverage sourcing opportunities across Europe while working closely with
global sourcing partners in China and India.
    - Drive supplier performance, risk management, capacity planning, productivity programs, and continuous improvement
    initiatives across the supply base.

    What you’ll bring

    - Master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Management, or Supply Chain within an industrial
    or manufacturing environment.
    - Experience with technical commodities such as Standard Parts, Bearings, Seals, Rubber components, or similar
    mechanical categories.
    - Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence
decisions across functions, cultures, and organizational levels.
    - Demonstrated ability to create business impact through supplier development, cost optimization, sourcing
    initiatives, and risk mitigation.

    What’s in it for you

At Hilti, you'll join a family-owned company that thinks long term, invests in its people, and empowers individuals to
make a real difference. From day one, you'll take on meaningful responsibilities, contribute to business growth, and
have the opportunity to shape your own development through structured career paths and strategic growth opportunities.
Some of the benefits of building your career with us include:

    - Diverse global headquarters community of over 2,100 colleagues from 70 nationalities.
    - Early responsibility and the opportunity to make a visible impact on business success.
    - Long-term career growth supported by transparent development framework and career opportunities across functions,
    regions, and roles.
    - Flexible and trust-based working model including remote work, workation, and sabbaticals.
    - Relocation and family support including childcare services and integration assistance.
    - Opportunities to contribute to social impact initiatives both locally and globally.
    - Inclusive culture supported by more than 60 employee-led activity networks.
    - Modern campus with onsite gym, restaurants, mobility benefits, and outdoor activities.
