    What You'll Do

    - Oversee cash management processes, including funding strategies, banking operations, cash flow forecasting, foreign
    exchange execution, and interest optimization.
    - Advise finance directors on treasury, financing, and risk-related decisions.
    - Manage banking projects and banking relationships; negotiate with banks and other financing partners to optimize the
    net cost of funding.
    - Lead cross-functional treasury projects, including streamlining processes, strengthening controls, enhancing risk
    management, optimizing bank account structures (including account rationalization), intercompany funding, and payments.
    Manage deliverables and budgets across workstreams.
    - Assess risk and develop mitigation strategies for our financial services offering (Fleet Management).
    - Maintain and further professionalize our Fleet Risk Management governance, including leading Fleet Management risk
    workshops.
    - Further develop and monitor key KPIs relevant to Fleet Management risk steering.
    - Support Fleet Management projects by sharing treasury expertise and applying data-driven analyses to improve risk,
    transparency and decision-making.

    What You'll Bring

    - Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
    - Several years of corporate treasury experience, ideally in an industrial environment or financial services;
    consulting experience is also a strong asset. Excellent knowledge of treasury and finance products and processes, with
    a solid understanding of accounting and controlling, and strong IT skills.
    - Proven expertise in financial risk management, including modelling and scenario analysis, with a focus on credit,
    market, and country risk. Ideally, hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining dedicated refinancing structures
    for lease receivables and capital market transactions.
    - Strong project management skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships, align stakeholders, and
    drive initiatives to completion.
    - Strong communication skills paired with a flexible, hands-on, and team player mindset.
