    Your tasks

    As a Global Product Compliance Manager you act as the global lead for all product compliance matters including product
    safety. You coordinate all activities related to Product Compliance and ensure that our products are compliant with the
    product related laws such as REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, TSCA, California Proposition 65, WEEE, DIN EN63000 and
    others.

    - Lead and coordinate global research on relevant laws, standards, and guidelines
    - Translate regulatory requirements into concrete company-wide actions and ensure their effective implementation
    - Establish, maintain, and continuously improve an integrated Product Compliance framework covering: Regulatory
    requirements , Product safety, testing, certification, and labelling , Post-market surveillance
    - Provide global technical leadership to the material compliance network
    - Ensure effective supplier communication in close collaboration with Global Sourcing to safeguard material compliance
    - Coordinate global customer inquiries related to material compliance and prepare high-quality reports and certificates
    - Establish efficient, future-oriented data management for product compliance (incl. reporting and analytics
    - Collaborate closely with and coach product and process development teams to prevent compliance risks early in the
    development phase
    - Support and conduct cross-functional risk assessments to ensure full legal compliance and to prevent customer
    complaints or regulatory consequences
    - Continuously monitor changes in legal and regulatory requirements and initiate timely updates to products and
    processes

    Your profile

    - Higher education (Bachelor, Master, University) in material science or chemistry
    - Strong affinity for legal topics
    - Very good communication skills in German and English
    - Strategic thinking and strong consulting skills
    - Good understanding in data management and related tools, preferably Power BI
    - High level of commitment, ability to work under pressure and used to work independently
    - 5 years of experience in a comparable position with proven track record
    - In depth knowledge of the relevant legal requirements
    - A strong entrepreneurial mindset and way of working are essential for making the right strategic and operational
    decisions
