- MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, RF Engineering or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience developing wireless or RF-enabled products from concept to series production.
- Strong practical knowledge of wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, WLAN, NFC, GNSS, Cellular.
- Solid experience in wireless system architecture, antenna integration and RF fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with RF measurement equipment and wireless performance evaluation.
- Understanding of embedded software and wireless protocol stacks.
- Experience with RF simulation and modelling tools or GNSS technologies is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, proactive execution and technical leadership in multidisciplinary teams.
- Effective communication in English and German.
