Your Tasks
- Responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive and significant military flight training service to the Belgium
customer
- Establish a local Pilatus organisation to manage and coordinate Pilatus employees and sub-contractor partners to
deliver the engineering, maintenance and logistics services necessary to successfully execute our contractual
responsibilities
- Act as the senior representative of Pilatus in-country to interface with senior customer representatives and
industrial partners
- Lead and motivate a multi-national team of managers and skilled specialists who undertake detailed planning and
monitor/report performance against pre-determined KPIs
- Responsible for the commercial and financial performance of the service as well as contract and sub-contract
management is a key element of the role
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures, standards and obligations
With this you convince us
- At least 10 years of experience in the aviation industry, preferably in a management role in an aircraft
availability operation with exposure to public contracts
- Both operational and commercial experience including contract management, personnel management, finance/budget
management and performance analysis experience
- Experience working with military customers would be an advantage
- Compelling leadership style
- Ability to speak and write fluently in French and English
- This position will include a temporary assignment to Switzerland until Q3 2027 and afterwards will be based
permanently in Belgium
