Sustainable Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%
As part of the Sustainability Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in executing our sustainability 
strategy. You will be responsible for defining and implementing sustainable procurement practices jointly with our 
procurement team.

- Developing and implementing the global sustainable procurement strategy, aligning with corporate sustainability 
goals.
- Leading sustainable procurement initiatives and driving cross-functional efforts toward environmental and social 
goals.
- Shaping, monitoring, and reporting on strategic KPIs, providing insights and recommendations on sustainability 
progress.
- Driving stakeholder engagement and change management to adopt sustainable sourcing practices.
- Analysing and enhancing procurement data to identify opportunities for sustainable sourcing.
- Engaging with suppliers to improve environmental and social performance, including CO2 reduction programs.
- Managing environmental and social aspects of supplier due diligence for regulatory requirements.
- Preparing inputs for nonfinancial disclosures and ratings.
- Developing and providing training to build sustainability capabilities within the procurement community.

Master’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business management, or similar
- 
Several years of proven experience in sustainable procurement, in a similar position, or in a consulting role.
- 
In-depth knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (e.g., TCFD, CSRD / ESRS, CSDDD, CDP), 
sustainability reporting standards, sustainability reporting tools and technology.
- 
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a global 
environment.
- 
Proficiency in English, German advanced level.
