The digital transformation of buildings is a fast-changing, dynamic sector, and it needs more than just great
technology - it needs great people, too. We know a business only thrives if its people are thriving, so at Siemens we

We are looking for a new motivated colleague as Global BMS Lead Engineer. In this role, you will support to establish

    - Quality Gate: Define quality guidance towards cross-checking and ensure that agreed standards, design principles,
and engineering procedures are followed by local teams and internal and external suppliers before being issued to the
    client
    - Documentation & Training: Define standard “as-built” and “operation & maintenance” documentation package and enable
timely delivery by local BMS engineers. Provide essential content and materials for customer training programs, to be
delivered by local commissioning or BMS engineers
    - Continuous Improvement & Best Practice Sharing: Periodically identify opportunities for solution design optimization
and improvements. Actively promote and facilitate the sharing of engineering knowledge and best practices among our
    sales countries

    - Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong relationships with diverse partners, including customers,
