HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT
- Lead the Battery Maintenance Engineering team (disciplinary & technical leadership)
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all battery-related projects, including technical and commercial aspects
- Provide expert technical support on traction batteries to all Stadler Service locations and Sales
- Develop maintenance concepts, optimization strategies, and technical specifications for battery systems
- Manage battery monitoring activities and report on performance and condition of traction batteries
- Serve as Battery Passport Responsible and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support Category Management on technical battery topics
- Drive and support development projects in collaboration with internal departments (Engineering, Production, Data &
Digital Services)
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Degree in electrical engineering or similar field
- Several years of experience in commissioning, maintenance, or development in machinery, plant engineering, or rail
vehicles - ideally with battery focus
- Leadership experience beneficial
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of RAMS/LCC desirable
- Strong solution-oriented and service-oriented approach
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge preferred
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 20%

The Competence Center for Service Operations in Frauenfeld offers comprehensive overhauls, repairs, and
modernizations. To successfully implement these services, various departments such as Production, Project Management,
Engineering, and Logistics work closely and effectively together. Additionally, the site hosts important central
functions of the Service Division.
