    High-Power Rectifiers industry? We are seeking a talented and experienced Field Service Execution Team Lead to join our
    team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of field service operations for aluminum smelting plants,
    electric steel plants, and the chemical industry. As the Field Service Execution Team Lead, you will be at the
    forefront of our service operations, overseeing a team of skilled field service engineers and technicians. Your primary
    responsibility will be to lead, mentor, and guide the team in delivering top-notch service to our clients. You will
    play a key role in ensuring that our clients' high power rectifiers systems are installed, commissioned, maintained,
    upgraded, and repaired effectively, keeping downtime to a minimum and maintaining maximum operational efficiency.

    This position reports to

    Field Service Manager

    Your responsibilities

    - Service on site assignments or in house project preparations
    - Developing the strategy in HPR Field Service in alignment with the HPR Management
    - Developing and implementation of tools and processes related to HPR Field service
    - Driving of Q implementation, including documentation, ITP, NCR’s (K2)
    - HPR communication of outlook, issues, strategies to the Field Service team to get them more together as team
    - OPEX improvements
    - Coordination between all stake holders, customers, engineering, EME, SCM including establishment of processes as
    well as supporting SCM for supplier qualification
    - Alignment between different stakeholders and expectations e.g., sales, control engineering, EME

    Your background

    - Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field
    - Proven experience in a field service role, experience within the high-power rectifiers or closely related industry
    would be advantageous
    - Strong leadership and team management skills but also excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and technical proficiency
    - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
    - Willingness to travel frequently to client sites
    - Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in field service operations
