Take your next career step at ABB with a global team that is energizing the transformation of society and industry to
achieve a more productive, sustainable future. At ABB, we have the clear goal of driving diversity and inclusion across
all dimensions: gender, LGBTQ+, abilities, ethnicity and generations. Together, we are embarking on a journey where
each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.

The HR Transformation Program (HRTP) is a business-led program that will help to underpin the new ABB Way operating
model and the decentralization agenda. It is a key step in modernizing the HR part of our legacy ERP estate and will
create sustainable benefits for ABB. As Change Lead, you will organize, execute and oversee the change, communication
and training activities in Switzerland, covering ABB country organization and global headquarters located in Zurich.
You will work closely connected to the HRTP Change Lead to ensure alignment of local activities with the HRTP change
strategy and approach, but also to the Business Area Deployment Lead to ensure coordination with other local program
activities and Business Area change & comms initiatives. The role’s mission is to ensure business and end-user
readiness by delivering major aspects of the organizational change management (incl. impact assessment, stakeholder
mapping and engagement, change tracking, planning and orchestrating communication, training planning and supervision)
to engage local HR, managers and employees and other stakeholders and build their commitment to change. Together with
an HR Operations representative and an HRIS representative, this role is part of the HRTP core country team and reports
to the Country HR Manager. This project is a fixed term role and will end mid-2025 – a permanent assignment in the
post-project organization will be assessed in due course.
