    As site supervisor you will be representing ABB towards customer and contractors at customer site. You will be
    responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision/execution of all mechanical work/services, that must be
    performed during erection, installation and pre-commissioning or during a periodical maintenance inspection at customer
    site. You will supervise mechanics and trade helpers in the mechanical repair, maintenance, and installation of
    mechanical parts. Additionally, you will repair, instruct the mechanical maintenance team utilizing predictive and
    preventative maintenance programs to maintain all plant operating equipment.

    Your responsibilities

    - Plan and execute the detailed mechanical works based on contractual requirements and the available resources at site
    - Ensure and supervise that the mechanical human power and all contractors are using the tools and materials according
    to the documents (last revision for construction) and are delivering the works according to the promised quality
    standards and according to the promised schedule
    - Advise site workmanship (mechanics, welders, helpers) of proper use of the necessary tools and materials
    - Identify wrong details in drawings and report them for revision
    - Establish priorities, evaluate mechanical requirements in consultation with site manager and ABB product
    management/engineering teams
    - Participating in site meetings with site manager, staff, contractors, and customers
    - Addressing technical queries to the site manager or to the back-office
    - Ensuring correct priority allocation and minimizing schedule break in work

    Your background

    - Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering
    - Minimum 3 years verifiable site work experience
    - Advanced technical know-how in electrical aspects of the ABB GMD system
    - Willingness to travel
    - Fluency in English, Spanish is an advantage
