    In this position, you will be supervising a team of Engineers focused to our digital product & solutions. Reporting to
    the Operations Manager, you will help to execute our strategy to grow in the field of digital, covering asset
    performance, optimization, network design and cyber-security. You will drive excellence through effective planning and
    allocation of resources in accordance with processes, procedures and guidelines.

    Your responsibilities

    - Building technical expertise in the field of digital products & solutions.
    - Leading a team in technical, personal and entrepreneurial aspects.
    - Training, coaching and mentoring the team members to release their full potential.
    - Ensuring continuous resource planning, adequate staffing and introduction of new members to the team.
    - Allocating and monitoring work on projects-based scope, delivery time, competencies and workload – effectively
    utilizing resources through proper planning and scheduling, together with the assigned project manager.
    - Exceeding customer expectations by understanding and anticipating current and potential needs.
    - Implementing Health, Safety & Environment directives and ensuring instructions and regulations are communicated
    within the team, while monitoring and reporting progress and results.
    - Identifying and driving continuous improvements within the team, with your peers and other disciplines.

    Your background

    - Bachelor, Master or PhD in software or network engineering.
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in DCS project engineering, working as a technical lead with knowledge of network
    technologies.
    - Strong level of self-motivation and structured approach to work.
    - Fluency in English, German and French is an asset.
    - Distinct work and problem-solving methodology as well as high social competence.
    - Innovative way of working and willingness to learn.
