We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to strengthen our logistics team at the Schaffhausen site. The focus of
this position the further development and implementation of the logistics strategy as well as the personnel management
of a team of 5 logisticians.
Your responsibilities
- You will oversee warehouse management (including packing, picking, loading and shipping).
- You will maintain complete and accurate data in the ERP system.
- Participate in regular inventory control processes and reviews.
- Establishes or adjusts operating procedures to meet warehouse requirements as dictated by production schedules and
operating procedures.
- Develops and maintains department specific work instructions for all tasks.
- Motivates, organizes and promotes teamwork within the workforce to ensure that established productivity and key
performance indication (KPI) goals are met.
- Interacts with respective interfaces and troubleshoots issues as they arise and improves the process chain
- Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)- You comply with health and safety standards.
- Ensure that quality environmental objectives are achieved.
Your background
- 3-5 years working experience in logistics field, production supply, working as team leader, logistics specialist.
- Knowledge of ERP system and WM/LVS.
- A team player with a solution-oriented approach and very good written and verbal communication skills
- Federal logistics specialist advantageous or equivalent degree
- German in Word and writing, English an advantage
- Impeccable reputation
