We are establishing a central support organization Corporate Procurement for Product and Sales Centers (including AJ
and IST) within the Corporate Supply Chain division at Endress+Hauser Group Services in Switzerland.
Role + Responsibitlites:
- You generate digital and on-line transparency in the entire procurement of all entities
- You elaborate the Performance Measurement Landscape incl. conduction of a global Performance Measurement
- You introduce a Total Spend and Total Cost Analytics and Reporting Platform
- You ensure permanent process improvements
- You develop and implement a Global Category Management for 3rd Party and Services for the Sales Centers
- You provide a clear analysis of categories and material groups necessary
- You work decisively on the definition of global and regional procurement structures
Qualifications +Profile:
- Technical or Business degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in German and English
- Qualification in operative and strategic procurement as well as global supplier relation management
- Strong project and process management capabilities
- Ability to interact with other cultures.
- Negotiation of contracts, agreements, and terms of conditions with suppliers
- Experience in Category Management
- Knowledge of handling compliance and sustainability, consequences, impacts and considering them in the procurement
process
