    The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) develops, maintains and expands a long-term strategic relationship with
    strategically important Engineering, Procurement, and Construction companies (EPC) as well as process licensors.
    Assigned to selected customers, the Strategic Account Manager is responsible for achieving mutual growth, identifying
    the customers’ project landscape in its early phases, gaining trust, and innovating to be the selected supplier of
    choice. The SAM represents the entire range of Endress+Hauser’s products, services, and solutions to the assigned
    customer, and must leverage Endress+Hauser’s resources and capabilities globally. An integral part of the role is
    leading the customer account planning cycle while ensuring the customers’ needs and expectations are met by
    Endress+Hauser.

    Role + Responsibilities

    - Establishes productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders and project teams in assigned customer
    accounts
    - Identifies accounts’ capital project landscape early and drives the qualification efforts to establish a best-fit
    project pursuit pipeline for Endress+Hauser
    - Coordinates the involvement of Endress+Hauser across different functions to meet account performance objectives,
    support project pursuit teams, and deliver on customers’ expectations
    - Meets assigned targets for sales and other strategic objectives in assigned accounts
    - Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives,
    financial targets, pipeline development, and other critical short- and long-term milestones

    Qualification + Profile

    - Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience in an International Sales / Account Management position
    - Clear understanding of capital projects business including EPC and process licensors type customers
    - Entrepreneurial personality, understanding the dynamics of a global company and ability to create and maintain
    positive relationships within the Account / Ecosystem
    - Ability to lead and influence without direct reporting authority
    - Foreign travel is integral part of the Strategic Account Manager
