    Our HR Team in Murten (Switzerland) is undertaking invaluable work to ensure our people are happy, our managers are
    assured, and operations run smoothly. To be able to undertake all these responsibilities fully , we are now looking for
    YOU, our next team member, to further strengthen the HR Team. Join us at Johnson Electric in a truly colorful role with
    various tasks:

    This position is a blend of communications, reception responsibilities, and HR administration. We are looking for
    someone who is good at communicating with various stakeholders, can produce sharp and professional written
    communication materials, is able to manage their workload under pressure and can help us further build our HR Intranet
    side.

    Your responsibilities will be to:

    -

    Produce well-written internal communication materials in French, German and English

    -

    Support the HR department’s work related to onboarding, administration, and site related practicalities (such as
    general HR administrative tasks, management of employee records, administration related to labor registration, etc.)

    -

    Manage the full range of tasks at reception: schedule cover and ensure that actions are undertaken in a professional
    and timely manner (including welcoming visitors, distributing incoming calls and mails, scheduling fleet company
    vehicles, etc.)

    -

    Be the direct manager of one part-time receptionist; delegate workload and provide motivation, support and supervision

    Our requirements:

    -

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, English and German languages

    -

    Enjoyment of HR work

    -

    Very good command of MS Office and ICT

    -

    A proactive and solution-focused attitude and the ability to manager communication with various stakeholders

    -

    Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously

    -

    People management experience is a plus
