    Finance. Thus, it is an innovation driver, develops solutions and supports all worldwide locations of the SFS Group.
    The Quality Manager is responsible for the overall Services Organization with a focus to the Corporate IT department
    (including TISAX).

    Deine Aufgaben

    - Improve the Business Management System for Services (BMS), including the international Shared Service Centers for
    IT, HR and Finance
    - Handle certified management systems ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001 (future) and TISAX
    - Improve the quality strategy and system based on company objectives.
    - Develop a quality action plan and realize quality improvement projects
    - Operationalize initiatives and measures for sustainable quality management. Collaborate with all Services
    Organizations
    - Conduct regular assessments 1st party and 3rd party), manage audit findings and maintain KPI updates
    - Ensure TISAX requirements compliance for Corporate IT

    Dein Profil

    - Established experience and proven skills in quality management & strategy design
    - Proficiency in Business management systems
    - Profound knowledge of ISO standards (as listed above)
    - Strong auditing and compliance skills
    - Training and coaching abilities
    - Effective communication and project management skills
    - Analytical skills with attention to detail
    - Documentation and reporting expertise
    - English and German skills good spoken and written
    - Collaborative mindset with problem-solving abilities
    - Independence, coordination skills and communication flair
